For as important as they are to the filmmaking process, we don’t really give screenwriters much credit. Like, name a single one who isn’t also a dialogue is maybe more work than anything else on that set.
But as hard as it is to write a whole movie, it’s even harder to write one really good line. The context of the interaction between characters is really important; stripping it will usually remove all meaning, unless the hero comes up with a perfect quip during the explosion that lovingly places them back on the ground with the grace an Olympic gymnast would envy.
