Kaitlin Olson Says Sweet Dee Would Hate Her ‘High Potential’ Character

Sweet Dee Reynolds has no shortage of enemies in the It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia universe. Famously feuding with the likes of Rickety Cricket, “The Lawyer” and Gail the Snail, among numerous other Philadelphians, actress Kaitlin Olson is convinced The Gang’s resident bird would find a foe in another very familiar face as well: her High Potential character, Morgan Gillory. 

The FXX star speculated on how her two now-iconic characters would fare in a recent Disney-sponsored Los Angeles Times post, hypothesizing that Dee and Morgan’s opposing personalities could easily bring out the worst in each other. 

“Morgan would love that Dee hates her,” Olson theorized, stating that Dee, in turn, “would actively hate” Morgan and make taking her down “her sole focus.” “Morgan just wouldn’t care and would just kind of ignore it,” Olson continued, noting that this apathy “would get to” her famously spiteful character.

With both Morgan and Dee properly peeved, Olson posited that the feud would come to a head in the form of a one-woman catfight, an appropriate conclusion from the slapstick legend. 

“Some violence would happen — on both sides,” she joked. “I think we should film that.”
